NextAI is a trading name of NextAI Technology Sdn Bhd (202401037821 (1583668W)), 3A-1-13, Straits Quay, Jalan Seri Tanjung Pinang, Tanjung Tokong, Seri Tanjung Pinang, 10470 Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. This notice explains how we handle personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you complete the operations check-up or contact us, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number and the information you choose to share about your business and project.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, and contact you about the project you asked about. We don't sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run this website and deliver email, under agreements that require them to protect it. Some of these providers may store data outside Malaysia.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as needed to deliver and support the work and to meet legal requirements.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@nextaitech.my. We will respond within 21 days.
